Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or part, is prohibited without prior written permission from Bohosaaz.

PRICING POLICY FOR ONLINE MERCHANDISE

At www.bohosaaz.com, we are committed to offering shopping convenience, exceptional service, and an exciting product selection at competitive prices.

GST

All prices are inclusive of GST applicable on Jewellery, Bags, Clothing, and Handicrafts.

ONLINE PAYMENT

All payments on www.bohosaaz.com are securely processed. We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Order processing will begin only after confirmation of item availability and shipping details.

CREDIT CARD DETAILS

You agree, understand, and confirm that the credit/debit card details provided by you are correct and accurate. You further confirm that you shall not use a card that is not lawfully owned by you. In all transactions, you must use your own card.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES BY CUSTOMERS

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email us at care@bohosaaz.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of receipt, and we will arrange for collection. The customer agrees to accept Bohosaaz’s decision regarding cancellations, exchanges, or refunds and shall not dispute the same.

NO REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

• All pre-orders and customized orders require full payment at the time of confirmation and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
• Minor colour or design variations due to screen displays, lighting, or photography. As all products are handcrafted by traditional artisans, slight variations are natural and not considered defects.
• Incorrect or outdated delivery address provided by the customer.
• After two failed delivery attempts by courier partners.

If a refund is approved, only the product value will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DUTIES

All prices exclude customs duties, international shipping charges, VAT, and local taxes. These charges are applicable as per the destination country’s regulations and must be borne by the customer. Such charges will be collected directly by the courier company at the time of delivery.

FORCE MAJEURE

Bohosaaz shall not be responsible for delays caused due to natural calamities, government restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.

SALES AND PROMOTIONS

• Sales are valid till stocks last.
• The duration, extension, or termination of any sale is at the sole discretion of Bohosaaz.
• Products, discounts, and prices under the sale category may be added, removed, or modified at any time without prior notice.
• No return or exchange will be accepted on sale items. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for details.
• Bohosaaz reserves the right to amend, add, remove, or replace (in whole or in part) any sale or promotional offer at any time. The decision of Bohosaaz shall be final and binding.
